First Time Clients:

New clients to our salon are asked to arrive a few minutes prior to the appointment. This will allow time for you to speak with your stylists about your hair wants and needs, and for a quick tour of Beauty Avenue.

Appointments:

To ensure the appoointment date, time, and the technician who you need, it is recommended to pre-book your future appointments. We require a 24 hour cancellation

Late Arrivals:

In the unlikely event that you will be late or unable to keep your appointment, please contact our Salon Coordinators as soon as possible. Returns If you have purchased a product you are unhappy with. We do not want to be stuck with it. You can return it for another product or receive store credit. Some restrictions may apply, please inquire before purchase.

Gift Certificates

We would like to help put together a special Gift Certificate for you. Gift Certificates are available for all services or products. In dollar amounts or for specific services.
